Steamfitters Local 638 and The Hog Shoppe for a Fundraiser to Benefit the Children of Leo.
This event is being held on July 18, 2009 at RC Duggans 2314 Hempstead Turnpike,
East Meadow, NY From 1PM til 5PM.
Donations at the door will be $20.00. There will be Music, Food, Raffles, and a 50/50.

City noise law Prop 416A
I urge all of us to go to the following web addy and sign the petition against Proposition 416A. This new noise ordinance that the city is trying to impose is both Obscene and Outlandish. If this law is enacted it will affect anyone who rides a motorcycle in the five boroughs of New York city. Your bike can be legally parked and not running and a Police Officer can ticket and have your bike seized for just looking like it is illegal. We cannot afford this kind of thing to happen. At the decibel levels that they are talking about almost any bike can be taken. Let's all try to do something about this by signing the mass petition. Christmas in June
The Fire Riders are holding Christmas in June for the St. Christophers childrens Hospital this Sunday the 28th of June 2009.
Sign up is at Applebees on Rte 107 across from Grumman from 11 to 12. The vig is $10.00. Barbeque to follow . Also bring a new unwrapped toy( a needed item for a TOY RUN.)
If I can get the energy up I will Try to attend. Just gettin over the flu here.

July 19, 2009. Sign up 9am to 11am at the Marine Corps Bldg. 99 New York Ave Massapequa. Party from 12 to 4. Always a good party let,s go and support a fellow LIMA club.

August 30th 1pm to 5 pm at The Maples exit 70 off the LIE go North and make a Right Maples is on the left. This is another LIMA club run.
AMT Children of Hope Poker run
This run is for Babies that need help. September 13, 2009. Let,s go and help out the kids in need. The Vig is 20.00 rider 15.00 pass. Registration is from 11 to 12 and begins and ends at Cedart Creek park in Seaford parking field #2. I myself have a keen interest in this through a very close friend. And will not let down the kids.
